What's in the Full Diet Share?
As a member you come to the farm each week and choose from our wide variety of vegetables, meat, dairy, bread, eggs and fruit.
Free Choice means we don't place limits on what you take, we just ask that you take what you need for the week.
Main CSA Season: Begins in May and goes until the last week of January. We ask that you commit for the whole season.
During each nine month period, you may skip six weeks of pickup free of charge. Please consider finding friends, family, or neighbors to pick up your share. They can try out the CSA without committing for a full 9 months. Their payment that week will be based on the size of their household.

Dairy
Our dairy products are from Apple Valley Creamery. Click here to see their website.
Products included in the share are raw milk, whole milk, 1.5% milk, skim milk, and half & half creamer. *****NEW**** In order to give more choice to our members we will have a point system for our value-added dairy (cheese, butter & yogurt). In years past every member could take 1 lb of butter per member/per month but now with our built in point system members can now use their dairy points to buy butter, cheese or yogurt! It’s still included in the share and it is no extra per month.
Meat
“Will I get all the meat cuts all the time?”
This is the general break down of what you will see available for 9 months of pick-up.
Pork: 3 of the 9 months you will get all the pork cuts (i.e. shoulder roasts, bacon, sausage, hams, etc.) 6 of the 9 months you will get a partial selection. Bacon goes extremely fast!
Whole chickens and organs will be available all the time.
We butcher turkeys at the end of July and November. Ground turkey/sausage, smoked breasts, and half birds will be available the following 6-8 weeks, and Scrapple, smoked legs and wings for an additional several months.
Beef: Ground Beef, Variety of Roasts and Organs will be available 8 of the 9 months and steaks will be available 6 of 9 months.
****The meat selection will come in waves. When we first get a full animal in there will be all the cuts available, as selections are made and top cuts are taken the less popular cuts will be left. This is the nature of harvesting whole animals. Adjusting to what cuts are available and trying new meats is part of the CSA experience.****

Our hens live in the open pasture with protective fencing and a laying shelter.
They are fed GMO-free feed and any wilted vegetables from the farm.

Good Keeper Farm does some small berries but all tree fruit comes from Three Springs. What they have available in season we make available to you. From peaches, plums, nectarines, apricots, sour cherries and 25 different kinds of apples throughout the season.
