Our own pastured turkey, cured without nitrates and smoked. Fully cooked and ready to eat, but excellent to salt and flavor soups, chili, southern greens, or beans, or picked and chopped for smoked turkey salad. Use anywhere you might use ham or other smoked meat. Turkey legs have many tendons, and longer cooking makes them much easier to pick. For quicker recipes and slightly less fuss, choose our smoked turkey wings. One or two legs per pack. Final price will be invoiced once orders are picked and weighed.
